Learn Introductory JavaScript by Building a Pyramid Generator - Step 45

Tell us what’s happening:

Hello, please assist:
It says:
“You should use the .repeat() method in the .push() method”

Here is my code:

for (let i = 0; i < count; i = i + 1) {
rows.push(character);
character.repeat(i);
}

I don’t know how to put it in the .push() method.

Your code so far

const character = "#";
const count = 8;
const rows = [];

// User Editable Region

for (let i = 0; i < count; i = i + 1) {
  rows.push(character);
  character.repeat(i);
}
You should use the .repeat() method in the .push() method

// User Editable Region

let result = ""

for (const row of rows) {
  result = result + row + "\n";
}

console.log(result);

Hi. I suggest you reset the step to get your code back. You only need to work on the character variable in your push method.

Oh okay. Thank you. It worked
