Learn Introductory JavaScript by Building a Pyramid Generator - Step 55

Tell us what’s happening:

I am having an issue with this step. My code is:

removed

I’ve also tried using let instead of const. The error documentation says ‘create a function called addTwoNumbers’, but it seems pretty clear I have done this. Not sure what my mistake is.

Your code so far

// User Editable Region

function addTwoNumbers(value1,value2){
  return value1 + value2;
}

const sum = addTwoNumbers(5,10);

console.log(sum);

// User Editable Region

const call = padRow("CamperChan");
console.log(call);

for (let i = 0; i < count; i = i + 1) {
  rows.push(character.repeat(i + 1))
}

let result = ""

for (const row of rows) {
  result = result + "\n" + row;
}

console.log(result);

Your code has passed on my side. Check out the previous function. It is possible that you deleted the closing curly brace…

Your function code is correct but perhaps you’ve lost some of the code above it inadvertently.
Have you tried hitting the Reset button and then entering the same code again?

thanks DobarBREND and igorgetmeabrain, I think you were correct. I reset the lesson and entered the same code and it passes. Will know for next time.
