you can’t put = after return, it’s a syntax error

Sua função sempre retornará 15, não importa quais números sejam passados ​​para a chamada de função.

No corpo da função você precisa usar os parâmetros num1 e num2 para calcular o total.

Como @hasanzaib1389 mencionado, você precisa colocar a variável sum após a função.
