Your padRow function currently returns the value of the character variable.

The instruction asked:

to return the value of the character variable, repeated rowNumber times.

To repeat a string a number of times, we can use the repeat function. For example:

"a".repeat(3);

we will get a new string: "aaa"

Also, this line doesn’t make sense, so delete it.
