Hi. “spaces” isn’t defined in your code. Suggest you reset and get it back to how it was with the space string in quotes.

You’re asked to apply the repeat method to the space strings in your code, which appears at the start and end of the code line. Look at how the repeat method was done on the middle character and then apply it to the space strings as instructed. A string does not need to be defined as a variable f or the method to work.
