The structure of a for loop is something like this:

for(declare_iterator; condition_statement; iteration_statement) {
}

This is the instruction asked you to:

use the boolean false for your condition and iteration statements.

So, the condition_statement and iteration_statement statements in your for loop should be: false.

just like the condition statement i wrote?

No. It’s just false. Not i !== false or i -= 1.

but how does that work. no incrementaion or anything?

Think of it like a temporary template of the for loop.
You will change the condition and the iteration statements in the further steps.
