Learn More About CSS Pseudo Selectors by Building A Balance Sheet - Step 1

Tell us what’s happening:

Hello, and sorry for the really basic question.

I’m trying to start this exercise, but it seems there’s a problem with the meta elements. Although the 2 meta tags the exercise requires are there, the website seems not to recognize them.

Can anybody help me to see what I’m missing here? Thank you very much!

your code passes for me, make sure you don’t have browser extensions that are interfering with the tests

Thank you. What kind of extension would interfere with the test?
I’ve just submitted the last certification, and it run smoothly - I didn’t change anything so far.

I don’t know, it could even be a cache issue, you could try clearing your cache

I’ve tried to clean the cache, but it didn’t work either.

I have no idea… clearing cache, deactivating extensions are the usual debug things. You could try a different browser

You were right! In the end, I deactivated all the extensions here and it worked. Unfortunately, I don’t know which one was causing the problem.

Anyway, thank you very much.
