As you have been told many times, this forum is not for just telling you what to write. That’s against the rules so I can’t do it.
The way that you interpret what someone is writing has a lot to do with your perception as well.
When someone takes the time to help you and you totally ignore their questions and advice, it also does not help. Please read what’s asked and try to answer and try to explain your troubleshooting process.
If someone helping you has to repeat the same questions and advice over and over you might imagine that they sound annoyed or something, but you just aren’t reading what they wrote.
