Learn Responsive Web Design by Building a Piano - Step 6

Why my code didn’t pass? What is the issue??

My code is:

  <div id="piano">
      <div class="keys">
        <div class="key"></div>
        <div class="key" class="black--key"></div>
        <div class="key" class="black--key"></div>
        <div class="key"></div>
        <div class="key" class="black--key"></div>
        <div class="key" class="black--key"></div>
        <div class="key" class="black--key"></div>
      </div>
    </div>

Please post a link to the step.

I’ve edited your code for readability. When you enter a code block into a forum post, please precede it with a separate line of three backticks and follow it with a separate line of three backticks to make it easier to read.

You can also use the “preformatted text” tool in the editor (</>) to add backticks around text.

See this post to find the backtick on your keyboard.
Note: Backticks (`) are not single quotes (').

Hey @Subh-E-Farda
You are doing great just some minor mistakes
Html elements only take single class attributes
Therefore you should only declare a class and all classes go inside the class like so

<element class="class1 class2"></element>

Correct your classes and try running your code again

Happy coding
