At the end of your code, call .find() on your alphabet string and pass text[0] to the method. Note that a method is just a function that belongs to an object (you will learn more about that in another project).

Here’s how you call a method on a variable object:

variable.method()

You can use that to call .find() on the alphabet string variable. To “Pass” something to a function, or method, you put it in the brackets. Here’s how to pass the number 5 to a method:

variable.method(5)

Also, the instructions specify square brackets here

pass text[0] to the method.

But you are using round brackets:

text(0)
