you do not need to edit, this part of the code:

text = 'Hello World'
shift = 3
alphabet = 'abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz'
index = alphabet.find(text[0].lower())
print(index)

reset your code, and below the above code create a shifted variable that will contain alphabet at [index]
