I place the following variable as told in the module but it wont pass. Im not sure if is a bug in the beta or something but i make the variable and place it in the blank space for the loop. can I get an answer or should I wait for the BETA to be fixed?

the char variable does not exist until the loop. You’ll need to put the index assignment line into/after the loop
