Learn String Manipulation by Building a Cipher - Step 39

Hi @Soul1,

The instructions wants you to use an addition operator (+=) for the variable encrypted_text which will produce the same result as encrypted_text = encrypted_text + alphabet[new_index].

As the example showed, a = a + b is what you currently have with encrypted_text = encrypted_text + alphabet[new_index].

So the question for this step is, how would you make encrypted_text = encrypted_text + alphabet[new_index] look like a += b?

I hope this helps some. Happy coding!
