I followed the step 50 I tried to print alphabet and gave me the error that it supposed to, but I don’t understand what’s next it just say this:
You should attempt to print the alphabet variable outside the caesar function.

Your code so far

text = 'Hello Zaira'
shift = 3

def caesar():
    alphabet = 'abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz'
    encrypted_text = ''

    for char in text.lower():
        if char == ' ':
            encrypted_text += char
        else:
            index = alphabet.find(char)
            new_index = (index + shift) % len(alphabet)
            encrypted_text += alphabet[new_index]
    print('plain text:', text)
    print('encrypted text:', encrypted_text)
