If you did the calorie counter task you learned about this when you were doing temple literals. Instead of writing out what you want within the temple literals (another way of doing quotes for text) you can wrap the variable name in the syntax for embedded expression. Hint, the expression had a dollar sign. You have your day variable in the code already.
