Tell us what’s happening:

I don’t quite understand why it’s not accepting my span text? It’s asking me to put a span element with the text 230 below the .left-container element.

Where is your closing div tags for left-container div?
You need to add that span after it.

Ah! I see what you meant now! After the closing div tag! Thanks and sorry for the trouble!

You need to add your 230 span element after that div closing tag, located below your calories p element.
