I keep adding the div on the right place but it doesn’t work , what could be the issue?

you erased the </div> that was there to start.
Reset the code and this time add your div carefully below that closing div tag without erasing it.

The other problem is that your class attribute is missing a double quote
class=divider md" you need another quote after the equal sign
