This one is confusing me, I think it might be the phrasing, but with how its worded it seems like it needs two set ups, I looked at other postings I’ve done with this similar elements. Someone tell me I am over thinking this XD

Link is self closing, you do not need to close it

Why do you have two href in the first link? You should only have one.

Then the second link should be that linking your HTML to CSS. And this is how we do it.
