Tell us what’s happening:
Unfortunately, this is the only test in this chapter I have yet to fully complete even after trying every method and also turned off dark mode, extensions, cleared cache, different browser, incognito mode etc. this is the only one that keeps telling me that I do not have 2 link elements in my head element. I have yet to try it on my PC instead of my phone and laptop so maybe I can try that?

Learn Typography by Building a Nutrition Label - Step 4
Your solution works from my end. Please try one of the following steps to move forward. I know you said you tried some of these already, but since you didn’t try on a laptop, then you should do that next.
Click on the “Reset” step button and force a refresh of your page with CTRL + F5 if you’re on Windows then try to paste the code in again. On other systems, please follow the instructions here.
or - Try the step in incognito or private mode.
or - Disable any/all extensions that interface with the freeCodeCamp website (such as Dark Mode, Ad Blockers, or Spellcheckers), and set your browser zoom level to 100%. Both of these factors can cause tests to fail erroneously.
or - Ensure your browser is up-to-date or try a different browser.
or - Turn off high contrast themes on Windows (from accessibility settings menu)
I hope one of these will work for you.
So far I have done everything besides updating my laptop, which I am doing right now, yet nothing has worked. I will try on my PC at home as well to see if that helps.
you’ve tried everything?
For eg. you’ve tried running in incognito mode?
You’ve also tried disabling all your browser extensions?
You’ve also tried a whole new browser?
everything?
Yes, I went ahead and disabled all extensions, used a new browser, private and igcognito mode, forced refresh, ad blockers etc. The last thing I am doing now is updating my Mac
which browser did you use (which one were you using first also)?
At first I used Safari on my laptop, but i switched over to Samsung internet on my phone and still was not able to, but I am currently updating my Mac.
have you tried to use chrome or firefox on your laptop?
Not yet, let me try those because everything else has yet to work. if not, I know home PC may work
