Everything seems right but its not passing? i have tried resetting

If you remove the space before the % it should pass for you.

Also, it is missing the ending </div> for that new <div> element.

Why does it pass the way I told her to do it?

I checked it before suggesting the solution and, again, just now.

Why would it do that?

Ah, it does actually have an ending </div> below it that was outside of the user editing field…which is really weird lol
