Link to Internal Sections of a Page with Anchor Elements

I have problems to set an id attribute to make an link to the internal section of the page in html.

Does someone know how it works.

Hey look This Problem solve by following steps;

1.Replace first <a> with give instructions.
2. Replace ‘cat photos’ to ‘Jump to Bottom’.
3. add id to footer tag as footer.
