Location of css, js etc

I am trying to create a css gallery on a charity website, but really only have very basic skills…
I have all the code (i think) for the gallery I am trying to create.
I have some html, css and js.
I have put the html files in the body of the page, the css in a css file and the js in a js file, but have only limited success. The sample files show ok but the bookshelf that the images sit on are missing.

I guess a basic question, but appreciate any pointers, thanks

Have you tried the export button at the bottom? You can export everything as a zip. That will have the files set up properly.
