I have an idea for an open source project and i’m looking for a web designer to work with me because i’m not good enough in design.

so where i can find someone who is ready to work in a open source project? are there any special websites for that ?

You probably want to search for platforms for freelancers. Upwork is the one I hear about the most, but there are several others.
