Loop code not working

cf1=[-200,50,60,70,100,50]
f=1.06
pv=0
for i in range(6):
    pv += cf1[i] / f**[i+1]
    print(pv)

GIVES ME A WIERD ERROR:

      1 pv=0

TypeError: unsupported operand type(s) for ** or pow(): 'float' and 'list'
