I had done courses on html and css, a little of javascript and python a while back, but now when I signed into my account, the data was gone. I signed in 3 times but it gave me the same results. What should I do?

Are you by chance signing in with a different email?

No. I signed in using google and using email option, both gave the same outcome.

Yes, I was logged in with the same account I tried now.
Hmm, it’s possible that you’ve got a duplicated account.
For sanity’s sake, could you clear your browser cache or use incognito mode and try again?

yeah, that happend to me when fcc updated last year 
and I couldn’t fix it

nope I didn’t but I’ve caught up to where I was so I’m fine now

Please don’t do this. This is one way that duplicate accounts are created.
Yes, you are right Jeremy and mostly people created duplicated accounts so that might be the issue
