Lost course progress After laptop restart - Need help Recovering account data

Hello freeCodeCamp Support Team,

I need help recovering my learning progress. I had completed about 20-30% of the JavaScript course. I was using Incognito mode on my browser and signed in with my email. After restarting my laptop and signing in again, all my course progress is gone and it shows a new empty account.

Here are my details:
• Email used for login: prathithkumarkjk@gmail.com
• Course: JavaScript Algorithms and Data Structures: https://www.freecodecamp.org/learn/javascript-algorithms-and-data-structures/basic-javascript/
• Progress before issue: Approximately 20-30% completed
• Issue: After restart and logging in again, none of my previous progress appears
• Additional Info: I may have been using Incognito mode during my earlier sessions

Please help me check if my progress is linked to my account or if it can be restored.
