I haven’t logged on in over a month or two due to personal reasons & I just logged back into this account to see all of my progress is gone. I had the entire HTML section completed and was already working through CSS but now its all at 0% and completely gone. I’m using the same account but for some reason my progress just isn’t here. For some reason, on the forum page I can see my past history of old forum posts for old projects but once I go to “visit the curriculum” everything is wiped. Is there any way to get my progress back? It took me so long to complete I’m heartbroken ):
are you sure you logged in in the right account? could it be that you used a different email to sign up?
Yes I have had the account info written down since I first opened the account . I even have emails that show this account has been active for a while.
did you look in the right place? you should find your HTML and CSS progress at https://www.freecodecamp.org/learn/responsive-web-design-v9/
yes I have checked in that section and it is empty ):
try writing to support@freecodecamp.org, they could help you figure out if you actually have multiple accounts or something went wrong with yours
just sent them an email! are they offline on weekends? thank you!
I don’t know if they are offline on the weekend, probably, but you should still expect a few days of time for an answer

back to share that I tried a different email & it worked! I see my progress again! I guess I wrote down the wrong email haha .
