Make sure there is a closing tag, cannot read property 'length' of null

I get the error message that my a needs a closing tag. I feel like there is one. please help, thanks.

Your code so far

<body>

<header>

<h1>Deep Thoughts with Master Camper Cat</h1>

</header>

<article>

<h2>Defeating your Foe: the Red Dot is Ours!</h2>

<p>Felines the world over have been waging war on the most persistent of foes. This red nemesis combines both cunning stealth and lightening speed. But chin up, fellow fighters, our time for victory may soon be near. Click here for <a =href"">information about batteries</a>

</p>

</article>

</body>

Everything looks like they do have a closing tag. What I’m assuming the error is coming from is your ‘Anchor’ tag. Check it and see whether that fixes it!

Hey.
Thanks for the response.
I thought the a is my anchor tag.

Hello there @niko1.

The a tag is indeed the anchor tag, and I also believe it is the cause of the issue you are having.

Here is how the a tag in your code is formatted…

Just a small little hiccup, it’s bound to happen from time to time. I hope this solves the issue you are having, best of luck to you! :slightly_smiling_face:
