I could really use some help. I am new and understand I still got a lot to learn about this forum thing. Sorry for upsetting you Cody Biggs (might have spelled your name wrong). Now that we have that out of the way. Can someone offer a helpful suggestion. I think what I did was right but still I get the same error message. that I need to add the <a element.

You didnt upset me in anyway. What I posted were steps to create a topic to ask a question. With your original post there is no way we can help you. We dont have any code, or a link to the challenge you are on. Which is why I provided the steps to make a post where the post will automatically give us all your code, and a link to the challenge
