Markdown Previewer Conversion Help

Hello!

I’m just working on the markdown previewer.

Just wondering why some of the things put through the editor are not converted property through the markdown api. see image below.

You can see some things like the table, the backticks for code, and others, aren’t working? Not sure why that would be, while others are working.

Also, it’s not properly processing the spacing either, i.e. the list items aren’t indented as they should be.

Without the code, we really can’t say much. Please always provide the code.

But in this case, I think it might just be a style issue.

The example project uses a code highlighter and adds a border to the td elements in the CSS.

As for the list indenting, my best guess would be you are resetting the padding.

For example

* {
    box-sizing: border-box;
    margin: 0;
    padding: 0;
}

You’re a genius! The spacing issues were because I had exactly that in my stylesheet!

The only thing that doesn’t work now is the code block formatting (` & ```) and making the tables or whatever the heck.

Sorry about that, I’ll start posting links to the project.

Everything is working as it should. As I said, it is just styling. You can check the DOM and see the elements it is creating.

You have to add the code highlighting and the table elements border yourself.

Sorry! I missed that!

Thank you!!
