.marker wants me to add 10px and auto to the margin

A semi-colon ends a statement in CSS, so you definitely don’t want to stick a semi-colon in there or you will lose auto. Also, the margin property does take multiple properties, but they are separated by a space, not a comma. This is why the instructions tell you to set the margin property to 10px auto.
