Throwing this out there.
We have a local Meetup here, but I’m a bit concerned that it’s not catching on.
Am afraid that our group will collapse soon if nothing is done. I have no leadership role in the organization of meetings, and am asking as a concerned participant.
We have outside presenters, but little interaction between attendees. Is that normal?
Any thoughts on how to proceed?
