Mistake in sentence or I am wrong?

I am on page and I think there is a sentence mistake. It says

The lower the number, the higher the importance, so h2 elements have less importance than h1 elements.

Shouldn’t it say ‘The lower the number, the lower the importance’.?

I didn’t know how to create a PR for it so posted here.
