Mistake? or I'm I just that blind? inBuild a Technical Documentation Page

Hey I been at this issue for 3 straight days and I’m getting annoyed as I dont know the issue for this and yes I know about me needing to add a media but I’m doing that later I’m more so worry about this

so… how do I share my code? I’m new to this and finally made a a acconut for this reason

Each .nav-link should have an href attribute that links to its corresponding .main-section (e.g. If you click on a .nav-link element that contains the text “Hello world”, the page navigates to a section element with that id).

Hello. Welcome to our forum.

This is how to include your code;

When you enter a code, please precede it with a separate line of three backticks and follow it with a separate line of three backticks to make it easier to read.

You can also use the “preformatted text” tool in the editor (</>) to add backticks around text.

See this post to find the backtick on your keyboard.
Note: Backticks (`) are not single quotes (').

Hi there. In order to link to an element on the page, you have to use an “#” to identify the element you are linking to is an element on the page. For all the HTML page knows, you are linking to a weird URL.

More on the subject here.

Happy learning. :slight_smile:

Thank you! have a nice day you guys

(edit) dang it. it still doesn’t work do I have a mistake in my code or something?
