I am having a little trouble with speed (Chrome on a laptop), probably because of the background images you are using.
Spend some time for better design.
Icons can be smaller.
There is a little line, here:

Calculator - when mouse is above the buttons, they are black - the numbers should be white (probably).
Also i can add some margin-top for de aplication.
Off the top of my head I would say next time design with more padding in mind!
I think its really good though.
