How can i move slowly the page when I click a link that move the scroll inside the page?

yes as @SkyC recommend, it´s better to learn first some Javascript, but if you are a curious person and want to try out, read about jQuery and its plugins, there´s a great amount of scroll effects, animations… it´s always okey to read some new information!!
