My codeally account is broken or something similar, my progress has been reset

Hello, I don’t know what’s going on with CodeAlly, I guess the costs went too high but the projects are not working for me anymore, previously I had to go to codeally’s website and delete the workspace but now it’s not letting me do it.
I can’t find the courses on codeally, which I assume is something that has to do with the redesign of their website.

How should I proceed?

Your progress is saved on freecodecamp and on codeally its saved on the server. You might aswell try restarting your course because thats the only thing you can do for now.
