I attend exam for three times but I didn’t yet get the certificate. I show a message which say: ‘Taken too recently, You may retake the exam…’ I completed the course in 5 months and I completed 1317 steps out of 1318 steps , Only one step can’t be done. Kindly review my problem.
have you passed the exam? if you go to the page of the exam do you see at least one “Passed” like below?
if yes, you can go to the settings and claim the certification

and the settings part to claim the cert would be https://www.freecodecamp.org/settings#cert-javascript-v9
