it appears everything is correct but for some reason I’m having trouble figuring out what to do so that my p element has a text of view more…help…

You are completing the sentence, so putting a period at the end of View more just wouldn’t make much sense. You can pass the test by putting a space between the word more and the period, but again it just would not make much sense to the reader. The period is not necessary for this exercise at all. If removing the period does not fix the issue, then you need to make sure there is in fact a space between the word more and the text inside of the anchor tag with the word cat photos inside. Otherwise it would read View morecat photos or View more.cat photos with a period in between.
