My progress isn't saved anymore

how come when i go to curriculum it hasn’t saved my progress anymore?
The latest thing i did was a tribute page i made on frida kahlo (html and css course). its all gone.

every other part of the curriculum progress have not been saved. E.g. ‘learn typography by building a nutrition table’ i remember doing this but it is logged as if i’ve never done it.

and when i go to my profile, the profilename is removed it just says
@fcc61994b20-87bd-4e5f-9e58-7981ab8dc2a0

can it be fixed?

also i changed my accountname from kendramill to aktdpj, and when i go to profile it is now updated but when i go into forum it still says kendramill
