Hey ya, well, pretty good, you should try since this first project to learn HTML, CSS and some design skills, you could add margins/padding and follow some steps to better experience such as font-size and font-family. Try always work with blocks, take the page in your mind/papel/photoshop and put everything in blocks, this will be better to organize and know which one has to have 30px of margin-left, etc.
