My tribute to Aaron Swartz

Love your work _
I think your landing page will be a great inspiration for me to focus more. If I ever feel low, I’ll see your work and get back to coding.

Wishing you all the best for your future tasks!!

Hey, thank you very much! I love that you find it inspiring

Good luck on your coding journey!

@SpaniardDev glad I saw this, really beautiful work! Care to share how was the design process? Recommended design courses etc?

Thank you so much! Well, I didn’t do anything particularly awesome in the design process. I just made some drafts and started coding it. When something didn’t look good to me, I tried something different.

I think the best way to learn about design is by reading or watching tutorials and, most importantly, see other designer’s works. I don’t really know about a web/graphics design course to be honest but YouTube have lots of good videos for starters on this matter.

I’ve found this list: https://speckyboy.com/youtube-channels-ux-design/

As soon as you start watching videos related to design, YouTube will suggest other popular videos on the same topic and you’ll discover new cool channels

Good luck!

Thanks dude. I feel like I can do pretty much anything I want in programming but I lack so much in the design department. Which actually make sense since I’ve spent most of my time programming and not designing :joy:

I was into wireframes, web design and prototyping tools these days so I was quite surprise you basically did go directly to code. Maybe I should iterate more in the design after the code is done.

Anyway, I’m definitely going through these tutorials and will follow your tips!

It’s just a matter of practice I would say :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

Good luck!
