Title: Fresh Beginner Starting Web Development – Need Guidance!

Post:
Hey everyone! I’m an 18-year-old beginner in Computer Science (CSE 1st sem), and I just started learning Web Development through freeCodeCamp.

I have zero experience in coding, but I want to become financially independent by freelancing and eventually starting my own business.

Can you suggest the best way to go through freeCodeCamp as a beginner? Also, how do I avoid getting stuck while learning?

Excited to start this journey! Any advice would be super helpful.

Thanks in advance!!!

Welcome to the forum @MohammedAfan

Start with the first certificate and work your way down.
When you get stuck you can ask questions on this forum.

Getting stuck is part of the process of learning to code.

There are two options, the older curriculum or the beta version.
The older curriculum has practice projects, however you are only required to pass the five certificate projects to claim each certificate.

The beta version is relatively new, is undergoing changes, and some of the courses are not ready. At the moment, the final exam is not available.

Happy coding
