Hi. Recently I was doing the project, and got it to work.
On the codepen viewport.
The impact sites just shuffle around if you resize the window.
The thing is below:
I doubt you can position them using viewport units.
I’m not really a data vis guy, but I’m pretty sure you want to use something like D3.js for this.
