I am building a website called henrycolbert.com and I need to know how to do this plz.How do you make it so that your submit button actually takes answers and where will they go?

I suggest you continue with your current learning on the FCC website, so you will be able to answer this question yourself. You need to learn a few more things the challenges can teach you and you will have enough knowledge to do about 95% of what you ask. When you get passed the first couple of projects, come back to this project and see if you can not figure it out on your own.
