Challenge: Make an Image Responsive

Link to the challenge:

Read the instructions carefully.

Add the style rules to the responsive-img class to make it responsive.

You removed the responsive-img definition.

Add width and height in img tag too.

I did but it said the same ERROR

Where should i add it? I thought you only need a max-width

Also I tried this with 3 DIFFERENT BROWSERS

what is that? What do you mean?

what i mean is inside the img tag add width and height and then close the tag
img src=“img_rl.jpg” alt=“Girl in a jacket” style=“width:500px;height:600px;”

that is not the Challenge, it is FREE CODE CAMP sticker set

yes it is showing as in pic if iam closing the tags but you got my point, also add media query to make it responsive img the width and height should adjust as screen size becomes small like in tabs or phones.

to make it responsive you have to add width and height element

What is the current code you have that you believe is correct?

When you enter a code block into a forum post, please precede it with a separate line of three backticks and follow it with a separate line of three backticks to make it easier to read.

Please use the “preformatted text” tool in the editor (</>) to add backticks around text.

See this post to find the backtick on your keyboard.
Note: Backticks are not single quotes.

issues: your image doesn’t have the required class, you are not using the required class to give the rules to the image

send the instructions

  1. Your responsive-img class should have a max-width set to 100% .

  2. Your responsive-img class should have a height set to auto .
