says I haven’t correctly nested text input inside a form element. Can anyone help me figure this one out?

When it says inside, it means <form>...here...</form>

tried it: action="/submit-cat-photo" but that doesn’t work for any of the requiremenrs

You have to wrap the input element inside the form tag as below:

<form>
    <input>
</form>
