Nesting in form

I have tried so many times and I don’t understand what to do.
The input nested in the form is confusing me.

<h2>CatPhotoApp</h2>
<main>
<p>Click here to view more <a href="#">cat photos</a>.</p>
<form action="/https://freecatphotoapp.com/submit-cat-photo">
<input type="text"placeholder="https://freecatphotoapp.com/submit-cat-photo">
</form>
<a href="#"><img src="https://bit.ly/fcc-relaxing-cat" alt="A cute orange cat lying on its back."></a>

<p>Things cats love:</p>
<ul>
  <li>cat nip</li>
  <li>laser pointers</li>
  <li>lasagna</li>
</ul>
<p>Top 3 things cats hate:</p>
<ol>
  <li>flea treatment</li>
  <li>thunder</li>
  <li>other cats</li>
</ol>
<input type="text" placeholder="cat photo URL">
</main>

step 1. reset your code.

step 2. make a form element nested around the input element.
example:

<form>
<input  type="text" placeholder="cat photo URL">
</form>

step 3. add an action attribute to the form element with the link "https://freecatphotoapp.com/submit-cat-photo"

If you are still stuck:
You have 2 input elements in your code. The one you get when resetting the code, is the one you should place the form elements around.
