No certifications have been earned under the current curriculum

I have completed all subtopics and challenges for the Responsive Web Design Certificate. I forked the Pens for the Projects and passed all the user stories.

Do I have to wait for somebody to go and review my work? or am I missing something?

OK, sorry for the unnecessary Post.

For those of you in the future. Make sure you save a Name in your settings then continue to scroll down and accept the certification. It is not automatically issued as I had assumed.
