No Code for Email Sign-In

Im having issues signing in with my email.

I get the code when I use my gmail but my progress is saved with my @outlook email.
I added team@freecodecamp.org to my safe senders list but no change.

The outlook email has an alias address as well, which I tried and was able to login but got the “new account” pop up. I deleted and tried signing in again with the main outlook email but no code gets sent.

Is there any way to resolve this?

do you maybe use that email in an account for the alternative sign ins? for example if you use that email in your github account you would be able to log in with that

otherwise try writing to support@freecodecamp.org

Thanks that worked! Added it to my GitHub and then switched it to primary and was able to login.
